At our core, we believe health requires an uncompromised commitment to excellence — so we bring elite chiropractic care, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and advanced rehabilitation directly to Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas. Both of us came to this work through high-level competition: Dr. Grant, a former collegiate track athlete and national Strongman competitor, is the practicing chiropractor, while Dr. Heather, a former collegiate softball player and professional bodybuilder, oversees the operational side.

At our core, we believe health requires an uncompromised commitment to excellence. We are proud to bring elite chiropractic care, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, and advanced rehabilitation directly to Southwest Missouri and Southeast Kansas.
Our standard of care is shaped by our own backgrounds in high-level competition. Dr. Heather is a former collegiate softball player and professional bodybuilder with deep expertise in functional strength and high-level physical performance. Dr. Grant is a former collegiate track athlete and national competitor in Strongman and Olympic Weightlifting, bringing specialized insight into biomechanics, power development, and injury prevention.
Both doctors have built a practice where each partner leads with their strengths. Dr. Grant serves as the practicing chiropractor, working directly with patients on their care and recovery, while Dr. Heather oversees the operational side of the practice, ensuring every detail of the patient experience runs smoothly from the moment you walk through the door.
For Dr. Grant, this calling is personal.
My path to chiropractic care was forged by two pivotal moments. Out of high school, my dream of joining the United States Marine Corps was cut short by severe spinal conditions — a setback that forced me to rethink my physical future. Around the same time, I watched my grandfather, a vibrant Division I multi-sport referee, suffer through a series of failed spinal surgeries. His medical trajectory led to pain medication dependence, disability, a stroke, and an untimely death. Seeing someone I admired lose his quality of life instilled in me a clear mission: to help people rebuild their bodies, avoid unnecessary surgeries, and restore physical freedom through active, root-cause spinal care.
Together, we blend real-world athletic experience with top-tier physical medicine, continually bringing innovative therapies and progressive modalities so patients receive an elite standard of relief without traveling far from home.
Beyond the clinic, our life is anchored in our faith and our family. We are blessed to raise our three children — Zoey, Zeke, and Quinn — right here in the region. Whether you are an athlete striving for peak performance or simply looking to live free from pain, we are honored to deliver the exceptional care you deserve.
